There are two issues on the November 8, 2022 ballot. Both are constitutional amendments put on the ballot by the Republican legislature.  Issue 1 has to do with the setting of cash bail and Issue 2 asks whether it is okay for non-citizens to vote on local issues. The Secretary of State's office always puts together a summary of any state issues on the ballot for voters.
