About the event
RCDP is participating in Halloween Trick-or-Treat Street on October 19th, from 11:00am to 1:00pm, at The Ontario Center. Volunteers are needed to manage the party table and pass out treats to the children. Candy donations are also appreciated for this and the upcoming Richland County Halloween events.
