Special County Party Meeting

This special meeting has been called to appoint the two Democratic members of the Richland County Board of Elections. Current Dem Board member J.C. Elgin resigned his seat at the end of 2022 to run for public office. The other seat to be filled is Lydia Reid's who has decideed not to run for a third term. The meeting is open to the public but only Central and Executive Committee members will be able to vote.
